Hi Kim! Tell us a bit about yourself.
Hi! My name is Kim Lovén and I’m a 30-year-old sales professional, currently located in Finland. I work as a Global Account Executive at Aibidia.
What does a typical day in your role look like?
In short, my tasks include handling new customer acquisition from the very first outbound attempt/discovery meeting, all the way to signing contracts with multinational enterprises, enabling the company to grow, and of course personally hitting the quota.
How do you feel about selling a Digital Transfer Pricing SaaS solution?
Having the product that we do; I actually find it very motivating. From the very beginning, I understood the impact that our product has on the industry. We are unifying multinational enterprises’ transfer pricing practices, which enables them to perform at a significantly higher level.
What attracted you to join Aibidia?
I see Aibidia as a perfect match for me in terms of personal development and workplace culture. For example, we have weekly online coffee meetings to catch up with our colleagues who work remotely. We also have multiple events monthly and the freedom to work basically at any location we want. Considering where I was in my career, I feel that I was in the right place at the right time. I have been really enjoying my first year at Aibidia.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
I have to say, it was the very first time when I came to the office. I saw how motivated everybody was, and I felt very welcome at the same moment.
What gets you out of bed every morning and motivates you?
Well, this is an easy one. The fantastic team I work with of course! They make my every day a little bit brighter.
What are you most proud of?
Career wise, I’m very proud of the hard work we have done as a team. For example, we hit our growth target by the end of 2022. On the personal side, I’m proud of winning a national American football championship. I have realized that both in business and in sports teamwork is the key to success.
What’s something that happened that can only happen here at Aibidia?
Another easy one — everyone is wearing purple literally all the time.
Where have you seen our company values in action?
We do not leave colleagues behind. If you need help with anything, everyone is willing to help. They don’t just mind their own business, target, or priory tasks. I feel very appreciated here.
How do our company values align with your own?
In my opinion, working has to be fun! It’s one of our core values at Aibidia.
What would you like to say to your Sales peer who are considering a career in digital transfer pricing?
I have to say, now would be the best time to jump on board. You don’t need many years of experience from the field of transfer pricing to be able to perform at a high level at Aibidia.
We have both junior and senior positions available for everyone, basically at any career stage. We have subject matter experts who support sales colleagues with their extensive experience, so you will learn the domain in no time.
